Cancellation Policy

The Summer Sanitation Special includes 4 scheduled cleanings during the summer service period. non refundable Customers must remain on their assigned neighborhood route schedule to maintain promotional pricing. Missed appointments due to inaccessible bins may not qualify for rescheduling. The Annual Fresh Route Plan is billed annually and includes 12 scheduled cleanings throughout the service year. Customers are assigned to a recurring neighborhood service route for scheduling efficiency. Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first scheduled service appointment. Customers must leave bins accessible curbside on scheduled service days following trash pickup. Missed services due to inaccessible bins may not qualify for rescheduling.
